Technical Management

•  Supervises the maintenance and general technical efficiency of vessels

•  Aranges supervision of dry dockings, repairs and alterations

•  Appoints surveyors and technical consultants as required, and

•  Undertakes all other functions necessary for the provision of technical management.

Marine operation:

•  Coordinates arrangements with charterers, shippers, receivers, port authorities, etc in order to fulfil vessels’ employment obligations

•  Ensures that vessels comply at all times with national and international rules and regulations issued by governmental bodies and other relevant organisations (e.g. IMO, USCG)

•  Ensures that vessels have on board the necessary certificates through timely audits, surveys and inspections.

Procurement:

•  The supply of all necessary provisions for the proper victualling of the crew

•  The purchasing and delivery on board of stores and spares as required for the thorough maintenance of vessels,

•   All bunker fuels and lubricating oils of the quality specified by owners.

Insurance:

We assist in obtaining quotes and insurance for the vessel and crew.

With the assistance of appropriate legal advice, our team handles and settles any insurance claims arising from disputes with third parties in relation to the operation of vessels, or engages in legal proceedings in relation to such disputes.

We offer Crew management services as detailed below through our licensed crew service provider.

Recruitment of Seafarers

• Recruitment commences after confirmation of received request with little delay

• Searching for candidates according to vessel specification, trade and owner instructions

• Suitable candidates are presented to the owner / management as soon as possible

• Application, Marlins/other test and interview form are presented to the owner

• An interview with a superintendent

• Verification of all required documents to comply with STCW (as amended)

• Health certificate will be verified according to flag state requirements

• Contract of employment can be signed in the office or as instructed

• Special Documents required by company can be signed in office (Drug & alcohol policy, Uniform policy)

• Personal Training Book can be issued (if required)

Forward Planning and Liaise with Seafarers

• Close contact with seafarers to ensure high retention rate

Working Gear and Uniform

• High quality working gear are provided

• High quality officer uniforms and epaulettes are provided

• Special requirements for working gear can be arranged (company logo, caps, t-shirts…)

Travel Arrangements

• Booking flights to and from vessels

• Guarantee letter will be issued from this office

• PTA can be arranged for joiners / off signers who are not visiting the office prior to departure

• Seafarers visas

• All flag documents/endorsements are arranged by us, including the following flags: Liberia, Bahamas, Antigua & Barbuda, Cyprus, Marshall Island

• Flag state documents can be delivered on board the vessels or as instructed

Pre-Purchasing Inspection

Our detailed  pre- purchase inspection reports present an analysis of the precise condition of the Hull and Machinery condition, Deck, Cargo and Navigation Equipment status, Brief Analysis of Thickness measurement report and other areas of concern.

Insurance

We assist ship owners in obtaining vessel’s H& M Insurance , P & I coverage.

 Also we assist in claims handling and settlement, other Marine Insurance related services required by Owners.

Accounting

Accounting, budget and costs control, invoicing and commercial results calculations, financial reporting.

Detailed running cost reports are prepared to ensure that owners are kept fully informed of the financial position.
